of the said deceased was proved and registered in the Principal Probate Registry of His Majesty's High Court of Justice, and that administration
of all the estate which by law devolves to and vests in the personal representative of the said deceased was granted by the aforesaid Court to
Albert Pickles of 144 Coal Clough Lane Burnley aforesaid secretary and William Duerden of 13 Nicholl Street Burnley aforesaid railway clerk the executors
named in the said will

former wills and testamentary dispositions hereunder made by me and declare this to be my last will I appoint Albert Pickles of one hundred and forty four CoalClough Lane
Burnley aforesaid Assurance Agent and William Duerden of nineteen North Street Burnley aforesaid Railway Clerk to be the EXECUTORS of this my will I give to the said Albert
Pickles and the said William Duerden for their trouble in acting as executors the sum of ten pounds each free of legacy duty I give to my nephew Abraham Barker of fifty three
Patmos Todmorden in the County of York the legacy or sum of ten pounds free of legacy duty I give devise and bequeath all the residue of my real and personal property what

BE IT KNOWN that Fanny Catlow of 13 Nicholl Street Burnley in the County of Lancaster widow formerly of 9 Peace Street Burnley aforesaid
Died on the 5th day of August 1942 at 13 Nicholl Street aforesaid
AND BE IT FURTHER KNOWN that at the date hereunder written the last Will and Testament
(a copy whereof is hereunto annexed) of the said deceased was proved and registered in the Principal Probate Registry of His Majesty's High Court of Justice and that Administration of all the Estate which by law devolves to and vests in the personal representative of the said deceased was granted by the aforesaid Courts to
John William Simpson of 66 Gannow Lane Burnley aforesaid Cotton Weaver nephew of deceased and Fanny Whitworth of 1 Clough Street Burnley aforesaid wife of Alfred Witworth niece of deceased the Executors named in the said will.

I, FANNY CATLOW of 9 Peace Street Burnley in the County of Lancaster Widow hereby revoke all wills and codicils at any time heretofore made by me and declare this to be my last will.
1. I APPOINT my nephew John William Simpson and my niece Fanny Whitworth (hereinafter called "my Trustees" to be the executors and trustees of this my will.
2. I GIVE to my nephew the said John William Simpson the sum of Seventy pounds free of duty.
3. I DEVISE AND BEQUEATH all my property whatsoever and wheresoever not otherwise disposed of (including; any entailed interest over which I have a statutory power of testamentary disposition) to my trustees UPON TRUST for sale and conversion (with full power to postpone) and I direct that my Trustees shall stand possessed of the proceeds thereof (after payment thereout or out of my ready moneys of my debts funeral and testamentary expenses)
IN TRUST for such of my nephews namely the said John William Simpson and Harry Simpson and my nieces Ada Ormerod the said Fanny Whitworth and Ethel Duerden as shall be living at my death and the issue then living and attaining the age of twenty one years or in the case of females marrying of such of my said nephews and nieces
Hereinbefore named as shall be then dead in equal shares per stirpes.
4. MY personal representative or my trustees may at any time exercise the power of appropriation conferred upon a personal representative by section 41 of the Administration of Estates Act 1925 and may so exercise the same by appropriating any part or parts of my real or personal estate to one of themselves or to any other person without employing a duly qualified valuer and without the consent of any person whose consent would or might but for the present provise be or have been made requisite by that section.
