I'm having a root through my nans address book again. There are a few names that mean nothing to me but my nan obviously knew them, possibly before she moved to Stoke and met my Granddad. These are men (I don't think there are any women) in the Armed Forces. I'll list them here as I come across them, they mean something to someone one day...the list of Briercliffe/Burnley individuals certainly threw up an interesting lead. |
