My man of the week is 89 year old Bernard Jordan who went AWOL from his care home in Hove and turned up at the D day services to be with his comrades and then quietly went back to the care home on his own to apologies for any trouble he had caused. What a gentleman, not surprising we won the war. Well done sir. |
