When registering with The Briercliffe Society Forum, you are asked to provide an email address. We use this to send the confirmation of registration link so that you can complete a 'new user' registration to the Forum. The email address you supply is stored in your user account. Your email address is only visible to site administrators. It is not accessible to, or shared with, any other users of the site.
The site has a feature that allows registered members to contact each other via email. Email addresses are not visible to members when using this feature.
As a registered member you can choose to disable the contact feature in the "Board Preferences" option within your User Control Panel. If you would like us to do this for you, please contact Mel.
We will never share your email address with anyone else and only use it for administrative contact and the feature described above. If you would like your account disabled or have any queries, please contact Mel.
