many thanks to you both. Did you mean this one, Maureen? Suits me (though I'm not quite sure it's a dog!)

I shall of course expect to be promoted to Senior Mongrel, or at least Mongrel (Higher Grade) when I meet Mel's (as yet undisclosed) criteria for advancement!

I suppose I should have known from the whiskers! But the purple dog looks a bit gloomy for me. I think I'll just have to imagine that my mongrel has a touch of big cat in him. Please nobody start on genetics!
