KHAKI WEDDING.-On Saturday, another “khaki wedding” took place at the St. James Church, Briercliffe, Pt. W. Heys, of the 4th Monmouths, being the bridegroom, and Miss Martha Bullock, of Granville-street, the bride. Bombardier Jim Robinson was groomsman, and Miss Margaret Ann Heys, attended by some little girls, acted as bridesmaid. Mr. J. W. H. Whittaker gave the bride away. The vicar was the officiating clergyman at the ceremony. After the nuptials the party and many friends repaired to the Band Room, where tea was served. The presents received by Pte. and Mrs. Heys, were many and useful.
