Wedding.- Much interest was centred in the wedding of Miss M. J. Greenwood, of King-street, and Mr. J.W. Duerden, of Cobden-street, which took place on Saturday at the Haggate Baptist Chapel. Mr. Jas. Ogden performing the ceremony. The bride, attired in a white charmeuse silk dress, wreath and veil, and carrying a sheaf of white chrysanthemums, walked up the aisle supported by her brother, Mr. J. T. Greenwood, who gave her away. Attending her were the Misses A. Greenwood, M.A. Greenwood and Rose Simpson, in white silk crepe-de-chine dresses, with black velour hats and carrying sheaves of pink chrysanthemums. Mr. W. Mason was "best man." After the ceremony, which was witnessed by many friends, the party proceeded to the home of the bride's parents where lunch was served and followed by a social evening. Mr. and Mrs. Duerden received many handsome and useful presents.
