London Packet or New Lloyd's Evening Post Wednesday November 5 1794 Friday se'nnight as one Henry Robinson was at work in the coal-pits at Trawden, near Colne, the property of Miss Foulds, in knocking down one of the pillars that supported the works, the earth gave way, by which he was instantly enveloped, without the opportunity of relief, and as instantly deprived of life. |
