Post subject:  SHEPHERD
In loving memory of MAY SHEPHERD who departed this life February 8th 1926, aged 16 years. And was interred at Burnley cemetery on February 12th.

She is gone, the fair flower of our own fireside,
Snatched away in the midst of her bloom
But her memory is sweet and remains with us still
Though she is laid in the old silent tomb

My toils are past, my pains are o’er
And I am fully blest;
For in this world I suffered much,
And now I am at rest.

In Loving Memory of MAGGIE,
the dearly loved daughter of JOHN JONATHAN and ELIZA SHEPHERD, who departed this life May 22nd, 1914, in her 24th year:
and was interred at Burnley Cemetery,
on May 26th.

She died in peace, her spirit fled
And found a better realm than this
We scarcely could believe her dead,
She went so sweetly into bliss.

In Affectionate Remembrance of ANN ELIZA, the beloved wife of JOHN JONATHAN SHEPHERD, who departed this life June 20th, 1915.
Aged 52 years:
and was interred at Burnley Cemetery,
on June 24th.
