In memory of Stephen son of William and Alice Rawlinson who died Dec. 12th 1861 aged 23years. Also in loving remembrance of Agnes Tasker sister of the above named Alice who died oct. 9th 1884 aged 75years. Also Alice for 55years the beloved wife of William Rawlinson and sister of the above named Alice Tasker who died Aug 24th 1892 in the 79th year of her age. Also of the above named William Rawlinson who died jan 8th 1908 aged 97yrs.
Here we have no continuing city, but we seek one to come.

In affectionate remembrance of Willam Thomas Rawlinson of Rake Head who departed this life July 24th 1893 in the 48th year of his age "Thy will be done". Also Elizabeth Ann his beloved wife who died Dec 21st 1913 aged 70years "Rest in peace".

In memory of James Rawlinson Roper of Burnley who died Aug 27th 1868 in the 56th year of his age. Also of Mary mother of the above who died April 5th 1868 in the 80th year of her age. Also of Joseph Layfield who died June 12th 1866 in the 26th year of his age. Also of Annie Maud his daughter who died Jan 27th 1866 aged 8months. Also of Margaret relict of the above James Rawlinson who died Nov 24th 1869 in the 56th year of his age. Also of Georgina Amanda daughter of James and Mary Ann Cooper and granddaughter of the above James Rawlinson who died Jan 27th 1877 aged 3 years. Also of the above named James Cooper who died Oct 31st 1892 aged 57 years. Also of Mary Ann relict of the above James Coooper who died Jully 14th in her 57th year.

"Be thou faithful unto death and I will give thee a crown of life" Revelation 11.10. Sacred to the memory of Elizabeth Rawlinson died Jan 9th 1922 aged 75 years. Also of John Rawlinson husband of the above died Jan 12th 1922 aged 74 years. Both interred Jane 13th in death not divided. Also of Agnes Elizabeth Rawlinson dearly loved daughter of th eabove died Oct 28th 1882 7 years "Blessed are the dead which die in the Lord".
(Left side of head stone) Also john Rawlinson died MAy 12th 1972 aged 87 years.
(Right side of head stone) In loving memory of Elizabeth the beloved wife of John Rawlinson (Jnr) died Dec 14th 1927 aged 51 years "He hath exalted the humble and meek".
In ever loving memory of Mary Alice Rawlinson daughter of John Rawlinson died Dec 8th 1953 in her 72nd year.

I don't, but M-in-L was a Rawlinson. Someone did a family tree years back of descendants of William Rawlinson 1813-1908. They put an ad in Burnley Express asking for any relatives to get in touch, which she did and got a family tree, all done back to 1813. He was a cotton manufacturer of Rake Head Burnley.

Saturday 11 April 1868
Deaths
On the 5th inst., at Yorkshire-street, where she has resided for more than 50 years, Mary, the beloved relict of the late Mr. James Rawlinson, and mother of our respected townsman, Mr. James Rawlinson, Rope and Twine Manufacturer, of St. James-street, and Hill-top, Burnley, in the 80th year of her age, and was interred on the morning of the 9th inst., in the family vault at Briercliffe Church.
