In Memory of the late ROBERT BROWN, of Burnley, who departed this life January 31, 1850, aged 49 years, and was interred at St. Peter’s Church, Burnley, Feb. 3.

Afflictions sore long time he bore,
Physicians were in vain;
But death gave ease, when God did please,
And freed him from his pain.
