Mostly a Constantine memorial but mentions a Briercliffe Parker:
In loving memory of Lucy
The beloved wife of John W Constantine of Burnley
Who died December 6th 1916 aged 42 years
“Of her best she freely gave to all”
And of Winifred their beloved daughter who died September 13th 1944 aged 35 years
And of John William the beloved husband and father named above
Who died August 1st 1962 aged 84 years
And of Muriel his beloved daughter who died May 11th 1965 aged 61 years
And of William Nichol Parker of Briercliffe her beloved husband who died October 11th 1978 aged 85 years.

Did you get a pic of this Portia?
As it's Briercliffe, I could put it in the miscellaneous section.
