BE IT KNOWN that Samuel Sutcliffe of 4 Finsley street, Harle Syke, Briercliffe near Burnley in the County of Lancaster
died on the 3rd day of July 1926
Intestate
And that in the month of July 1926 Letters of Administration of all the Estate which by law devolves to and vests in the personal representative of the said intestate were granted at the Principal Probate Registry to Adeline Sutcliffe his lawful widow and relict and the only person entitled to his estate
Who died on the 21st day of November 1934 leaving part thereof unadministered

AND BE IT FURTHER KNOWN that at the date hereunder written Letters of Administration of all the unadministered Estate which by law devolves to and vests in the personal representative of the said intestate were granted by His Majesty’s High Court of Justice at the Principal Probate Registry thereof to
John Proctor of 107 Burnley Road, Harle Syke aforesaid cotton manufacturer and Adelaide Sutcliffe of 4 Finsley street aforesaid spinster. The Executors of the will of the said Adeline Sutcliffe, deceased.

And it is hereby certified that an Affidavit for Inland Revenue has been delivered wherein it is shown that the gross value of the said unadministered Estate in Great Britain.
(exclusive of what the said deceased may have been possessed of or entitled to as a Trustee and not beneficially) amounts to £150 3s. 0d.
And it is further certified that it appears by Certificates signed by an Inland Revenue Officer on the said Affidavit that £4. 18s. 3d for Estate Duty and Interest in such has been paid
