Hiya Kris, Think this is my Dad's older brother, he was a commercial clerk around that time, I will have to see what I can find out. His photo is in the gallery.

Births June 1899
TATHAM Hartley – Burnley, 8e 245

Births Dec 1906
TATHAM Hartley – Burnley, 8e 167
