Hi again, Do you have any info regarding my great, great grandfather Adam Stanworth (born 1860)? Apparently he was born in Extwistle (Wall Nook I think) and became a butcher in the Burnley area (Abel Street?). I've heard he owned a few butchers shops but seems to disappear from the records around the turn of the 20th century. My great aunty (Elsie Purdy - nee Stanworth) recently died and I have acquired quite a few details of my Stanworth family which I will be happy to share once they have been looked into.
