This connects to a will Kris posted on 4/7/07 for Edith Anne Berry, Queen St Harle Syke, effects to Percy Leaver.

I've had a sken through all the other Leaver wills and haven't yet spotted another reference to Ferdi - other than the ones Kris identified above, also the census entry
