Hi there, I knew Francis Morris Buck well as my grandmother Amy Brierley lived at 7 Nelson Road Haggate for some time before moving down to 96 Burnley Road Harle syke. Must also say that I found in one of your contributors information about the "happy Cot" interesting as I remember my fathers uncle Ben Brierley coming over from America to visit the Brierley clan and telling me as a ten year old boy that he was going up to the happy cot to see if he could meet up with some of his early schoolday friends.
