I ordered this will for Nanny Hayes who is buried in Briercliffe with Henry & Sarah Bannister (see here for the MI though her name appears more correctly as Nanny Heys)

Unfortunately for me, it's not my ancestor Nancy Heys, or my Henry & Sarah Bannister (though my Sarah was a Briercliffe girl) but I'm sure someone might find it of interest:

This is the last Will and Testament
of me Nanny Hayes of 36 Topping Street Blackpool in the County of
Lancaster widow I appoint James Hudson of Queen Street Briercliffe
with Extwistle near Burnley Weaver and James Thornton of Lane
Bottom Briercliffe with Extwistle aforesaid Mil Manager Trustees and
Executors of this my will I give devise and bequeath all my real
and personal estate whatsoever and wheresoever unto and to the use
of the said James Hudson and James Thornton their heirs executors and
administrators respectively upon trust to sell and convert into money my
said real and personal estate and out of the proceeds thereof and the
ready money of which I shall be possessed of at the time of my decease pay
my funeral and testamentary expenses debts and divide the residue
there of equally between my grandchildren hereinafter named being sons
and daughters of my deceased daughter Martha Davenport and my deceased
natural daughter Sarah Bannister namely Annie Davenport James Davenport
Maggie Davenport David Davenport James Henry Bannister Alfred Bannister
Thomas Bannister David Bannister Martha Ann Bannister and Sarah
Bannister on their respectively attaining the age of twenty one years but
I declare that if any of my said grandchildren shall die in my lifetime
or before attaining the age of twenty one years the share to which they would
have been entitled had they survived me and attained the age of twenty one
years shall be divided equally amongst my said remaining grandchildren
who shall be living at his or her death I revoke all former wills and declare
this to be my last will and testament in witness thereof I have to this my will
set my hand this thirty first day of July one thousand eight hundred and eighty
eight Nanny Hayes Signed by the said Nanny Hayes
the testatrix as and for her last will and testament in the presence of us present
at the same time who at her request in her presence and in the presence of each
other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses Arthur F
Sutcliffe Solicitor Chas G Sutcliffe Solicitor Burnley

On the 24th August 1893 Probate of this will was granted to James
Hudson and James Thornton the Executors.

Grant of Probate
Be it known, that at the date hereunder written the last Will and
Testament of Nanny Hayes of No 36
Topping Street Blackpool but lately of No 17
Jackson Street Burnley both in the
County of Lancaster widow
deceased who died on the 15th day of August 1893at No 17 Jackson Street aforesaid
was proved and registered in the Principal
Probate Registry of Her Majesty’s High Court of Justice and that administration
of the personal estate of the said deceased was granted by the aforesaid Court
to James Hudson of Queen Street Briercliffe
with Extwistle near Burnley in the said
County Weaver and James Thornton of
Lane Bottom Briercliffe with Extwistle
aforesaid Mill Manager the Executors
named in the said will they having been first sworn
and faithfully to administer the same.
Dated the 24th day of August 1893
Personal estate £584 14s 1d
