1879 – PARKER Robert Townley, Esq.
Personal Estate under £80,000
20 September. The Will of Robert Townley PARKER, late of Cuerden Hall in the County of Lancaster, Esquire who died 11 August 1879 at Cuerden Hall was proved at Lancaster by Robert Grey Tatton and Reginald Arthur Tatton, both of Wythenshawe in the County of Chester, Esquires, the Grandsons and Henry Jobling of Burnley in the County of Lancaster, surveyor, the Executors.

Taken from a book at Rochdale that indexed Lancashire and Cheshire Wills, I think this should be available from the LRO at Preston.
