Taken from a book at Rochdale that indexed Lancashire and Cheshire Wills, I think this should be available from the LRO at Preston.

Mel, I have a copy of this administration. Joshua Nutter was my 3x great grandfather. He died on 12 September 1833. The admon was granted on 16 September to his widow Jane who took an oath that Joshua left effects under the value of 20 pounds. Witnesses were Daniel Parker, Innkeeper, of Briercliffe with Extwistle, and Thorp Riding, Joiner, of Burnley, who both signed.

I've seen Nutter postings on the site, but not this family. I don't have much on them but I'll add the details to the What's in a Name section.
