Can I just say a big thank you to Mel for the articles she sends for Court Cases and Papers Past. I love reading them. Especially the one about a James Laycock who was caught wearing a pair of stolen trousers underneath his own. He may well have been the brother of my gt gt gt grandmother Margaret Whitaker nee Laycock.

Mel...I can't find the 'thought for the day' thread....did it disappear?
