Every New Year people make resolutions to change aspects of themselves they believe are negative. A majority of people revert back to how they were before and feel like failures. This year I challenge you to a new resolution. I challenge you to just be yourself.

Not feeling much better, my throat is covered in ulcers, did'nt sleep last night and went to see emergency doctor at 7am this morning, I have a septic throat and a temp and am on antibiotics and Nystan suspension drops, fingers crossed, thanks to the above for your concern. :cry:

Yippee I'm better, Nystan drops are wonderful, pity you can't buy them over the counter, you can buy the lozenges though I think. :D
