Everyone ok this morning,at 12 55 am today an earthquake of 5.1 on the Richter scale shook many parts of England as far apart as London to Newcastle.
The epicentre was in Market Rasen on the mid eastern side of the country.
It was the biggest quake in the UK for 20 years.
Personally it woke me up, the whole house shook for about 5 seconds and a couple of things fell off shelves.
Thought a bomb or something had gone off. :?

Never felt or heard a thing. I was sleeping like a baby. Lyndon spent last night on the 7th floor of a hotel in west London, he felt it there.

I am a very heavy sleeper Stephanie. I didn't think I sleep so heavy when Lyndon is away but obviously I do!

It woke both of us up, it was like someone was stood at the bottom of the bed shaking it, the wardrobes were rattling, quite unnerving till we realised what it was.
