Annie Heavens 19, servant, unm, cook, born Middlesex London

The following are possible matches for the family in 1841 & 1851
1841
HO107; Piece 144; Book: 16; Civil Parish: Towednack; County: Cornwall; Enumeration District: 13; Folio: 32; Page: 7
Lady Lane, Towednack, Cornwall
Robert Phillips 56, miner, born Cornwall
Synai Phillips 55, born Cornwall
Jane Phillips 22
Richard Phillips 18, miner, born Cornwall
John Phillips 15 born Cornwall
Elizabeth Phillips 13 born Cornwall
Sarah Phillips 11 born Cornwall
James Phillips 9 born Cornwall
1851
This seems to be them in 1851 - although I can't find a death for Synai
Piece: 1917; Folio: 400; Page: 18
Stennack, Halsetown, St Ives
Robert Phillips 63 head, widower, agric labourer, born St Ives Cornwall
Jane Phillips 32, daur, single, laundress, born Ludgvan Cornwall
James Phillips 19, son, miner (tin), born Ludgvan Cornwall
Maria Stratten 9, visitor, scholar, born Zennor Cornwall

1871
Piece: 2332; Folio: 73; Page: 8
Lelant Downs, Uny Lelant

Robert Phillips 86, head, marr, farm labourer, born Zennor, Crnwall
Mary Phillips 40, wife, marr, born Uny Lelant
Mary A Phillips 3, daur, unm, born Uny Lelant

The reason I think this may be the right family is
1. The only combination of Richard & Robert I can find in the right area in 1841
2. In 1851 Richard had also moved to Halsetown
3. The names Jane, Elizabeth, Robert, Sarah, MAry all crop up amongst Richard's children - though I acept they're not exactly uncommon names.

That has to be her, she disappears from the censuses after 1881 & there's no other death that fits.

I'll put it on my jobs list. At least it's not dark, wet & spooky like the graveyards at Wheatley Lane.
