He does know, yes.

We had a great day but I'm shattered now. The trip up could have been better and then the trp home was worse. They closed the 'D' Road (A500) because of an accident and guess what road I use to get home! Here now though. Early night planned think.

I hadn't even noticed...I am getting worse! Lyndon says he hasn't touched it since abandonning his attempt over the weekend. :oops:

Violet liqueur. It was a gift from my french friend. She bought it from a shop in Toulouse along with a packet of boiled violet sweets and violet conserve! Not tried the conserve but the sweets and alcohol taste like parma violets. It says on the bottle to mix it with champagne or vodka and as I have no bubbles....

It turns out that Kev did it last night before he left. So it wasn't a case of me not being observant...it hadn't been there long when I got home!

any more info on the 'third' building in front of thurden cottage and broadbank? Spent many hours in there with a metal detector as a kid :lol:
