Ahm noorn a bit ambitious,
ah doornt want the Nobel Prize,
but wot ahm bairn ter tell yer,
ah saw wi mi very own eyes.

Ahm noorn a chap fer feighting,
but ahd like ter get ter grips,
wi that chap wot used mi poems,
ter wrap up his fish an chips.

When ah towld owd Chris abairt it,
he sed thard better let it be,
they could hev ende worse na that,
dairn somebodies W.C.

That made me chuckle, and I thought "not really", but when I think about it, I suppose he did quite a bit. I think I am broad (ask Mel) and he was a darn site broader than me.

Gloria I think anyone north of me is broad, but yes, you do have a broad accent.
