Portia - I have just joined this forum to contact you regarding Francis Tickle. I came across your 2007 plea for help whilst searching for Sproat's Row for the same reason that you were. Are you still searching for his "missing" census years, because I can fill you in on those, and on his mother's second marriage, siblings and half-siblings, etc. Would be glad to help.
