I have just joined Briercliffe Society, came across site almost by accident. My Mother was born in Nelsol/Colne 1901 and married a Ernie (Ernest) Bird who she divorced about 1934/6. She said they had a Fish Shop in Brierfield any help to confirm this and where abouts the shop was? |

Hi, welcome to the site. Have you tried the Trade Directories that can be found at Burnley Library? |
