We've just had a lovely meal though it would be more suited to late spring/summer or as a starter.
Mix 1 tsp wholegrain mustard (I didn't have any of that so used coarse french mustard....not sure if it made any difference?) with 2 tsp runny honey and 2 tsp olive oil. Pour this over the prawns (I had enough for 2), cover and put in fridge for a couple of hours.
Mix some mayo (I used 5tbsp) with some chopped dill and juice of half a lemon. The recipe suggested adding capers and gherkins too but I hadn't got any of them in so didn't bother. Whisk it all together, cover and refrigerate. Serve with prawns.
Served with warm ciabatta (spelling?) and salad.
