Cannabis.
A hardy annual and a fine foliage plant--one which deserves attention from the fact that it will thrive in a suburban or town garden. It may be grown from seed sown in the open in April, but to obtain a large-sized plant it is advisable to sow in a frame and transplant. :shock: :shock:

It is from a very old book of my Grandad's. Think it was made illegal to grow in 1937.
