A monumental inscriptions section has launched at www.merryston.co.uk . It covers monuments within the town of Coatbridge, including Old Monkland Cemetery, Old Monkland Churchyard and Gartsherrie Churchyard as well as war memorials and other monuments. A great place for people researching their family history.

Please note, that the database is constantly being update, and aiming to be complete by the end of summer for all of the town of Coatbridge.

The site is htp://www.merryston.co.uk and click on Inscriptions.

The site in general is a site dedicated to the town of Coatbridge. It includes information, images and history.
