I run a couple of other forums and one of those suffers the same spam attacks.
The link to the watched topic that is emailed out needs changing too.. it still redirects back to 'forum' not talkback

It's fine if you can still get to the forum Gloria. Where as the link from the homepage used to say 'forum', it now says 'talkback'. If you get here from the homepage then you are OK. It's if people have saved the forum link in their favourites, they get a message telling them to go to the home page and acces from there. The link on the homepage does still say forum. Not sure if to change that yet. We've been getting a lot of spam registrants and there have been one or two this week that have left quite grapic * pictures on the forum. I can't have that happening when I'm away as I don't log in as often. |

What do you mean bu 'watched topic Andy? We are aware that the graphic in the top left corner needs to be changed although graphics tend to not to be as much of a problem. We are still making changes. We found a mod that we can implement if need be. There will probably be the need. |
