In Matter of the Companies Acts, 1862 to 1900, and in the Matter of HAGGATE JOINT STOCK COMMERCIAL COMPANY
Notice is hereby given, that a General Meeting of the above named Company will be held at the Haggate Reading Rooms, Haggate, Nr. Burnley, in the county of Lancashire, on the 17th day of December, 1904, at 2 o'clock in the afternoon precisely, for the purpose of having the Liquidator's accounts, showing the manner in which the winding up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, laid before such Meeting, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator; and also of determining, by Extraordinary Resolution, the manner in which the books, accounts, and documents of the Company, and of the Liquidator thereof, shall be disposed of. -Dated this ninth day of November, 1904
