Richard Collinge, 17, charged with stealing at Burnley, 30lbs. weight of iron, the property of the Rev. W.Thursby. Three month's hard labour.

Ann Wilkies, 35, charged with stealing at Burnley, one coat, the property of William Riley. No bill.

Ellen Lambert, 25, stealing at Colne, one gown and one dress, the property of James Emmott. Three months' hard labour.

John Thomas Crossley, 28, stealing at Burnley, two coats, hat, pair of trowsers, and other articles of wearing apparel, and 9s. in silver, the monies of William Sykes. Seven years' transportation.

John Pickles, 28, Richard Hey, 63, and John Farnhill, 38, breaking and entering a house at Colne, and stealing three hides and six pieces of leather, the property of C.Nuttal; and John Farnhill receiving the aforesaid leather; and John Pickes breaking and entering a warehouse, and stealing two cotton pieces, and 20 yards of cotton cloth, the property of Richard Sagar. Not Guilty.

William Parker, 30, stealing at Burnley, five fowls, the property of John Pate. Two months' hard labour.

Grace Holding, 41, stealing at Burnley, four half-crowns, property of Thomas Watson. Three months' imprisonment to hard labour.

James Foulds, 20, stealing at Colne, two sacks, the property of James Hudson. Six months' imprisonment and hard labour, first three weeks solitary, and once severely whipped.

John Bamford, 20 (imp.), charged with stealing, at Burnley, two coats and two jackets, the property of William Pimbly. -Seven years' transportation.

John Dickinson, 20 (imp.), and Thomas Airey (n.), charged with stealing, at Burnley, three pounds worth of coffee, one five-shilling piece, twenty half-crown pieces, and one plait of hair, the property of William Colton. -Ten years' transportation each.
