PURSUANT to a Judgment of the Court of Chancery of the County of Palatine of Lancaster, Manchester District, dated the 5th day of September, 1922, made in the Matter of the estate of MARY ANN HARGREAVES, deceased, and in an action Mary Jane Leaver (Married Woman) and Margaret Holden (Married Woman) against Sarah Duerden (Married Woman) and Richard Henry Hargreaves, 1922, Letter H., No. 57, the creditors of Mary Ann Hargreaves, late of 53, Cross Street, Briercliffe, in the county of Lancaster, Widow, who died on the 17th day of April, 1920, are on or before the 20th day of December, 1932, to send by post prepaid, to Thomas Maurice Threlfall, of Bank of Liverpool Chambers, Nelson, in the said county, Chartered Accountant, the Receiver and Manager appointed by an Order of this Court dated the 22nd day of May, 1922, their Christian and surnames, addresses and descriptions, the full particulars of their claims, a statement of their accounts and the nature of the securities (if any) held by them, or in default thereof they will be peremptorily excluded from the benefit of the said Judgment. Every creditor holding any security is to produce the same before the Registrar of the Manchester District at his Chambers. No. 4. Clarence Street, in the city of Manchester, on Tuesday, the 3rd day of January, 1933, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, being the time appointed for adjudication on the claims. – Dated this 19th day of October, 1932.
