Post subject:  Royton: Chadwick Seville & Betty Holt

Hello! I am looking for any information concerning Royton family of Chadwick Seville b.1825 warper, and wife Betty [ Holt ?] Seville. Their children were James S. [1848], Sarah S. [1851], Alice S. [1854], Robert Holt S. [1857] who was my great-grandfather, and Elizabeth Alice S. [1861].
Chadwick Seville sold a building on Sandy Lane to The Royton Industrial Cooperative Society in the early 1860s before emigrating. He showed up on the U.S. census of 1870 as being in Rochester, NY with new wife Lucy , and children James, Sarah, and Robert Holt. I have evidence that suggests that Alice, Elizabeth Alice, and Betty all died between 1861 and 1863. This was during the Cotton Famine, and information about it and the Robert Owen-inspired Cooperative Society will be helpful. I have read the Society's historical document online.

Also, please let me know about ship manifests that may include these family members as I have no travel information.
