Sale of Houses and Land, situate in Haggate, in the township of Briercliffe.

To Be Sold, bu Auction, by Messrs. C. Denbigh & Son, at the house of Mr. Thomas Diggle, the Swan Inn, in Burnley, in the county of Lancaster, on Friday the 5th of June, 1857, at 8 o'clock in the evening, subject to such conditions as will be then and there produced:
All that Messuage or Dwellinghouse, situate in Edmundson's Row, within the village of Haggate, aforesaid, with the privileges and appurtenances thereunto belonging, and in the occupation of James Jackson.
Also all that Plot of Land, used a a garden, lying immediately behind the said messuage or dwellinghouse, with the privileges and appurtenances thereunto belonging, containing 158 superficial square yards or thereabouts, be the same more or less, now in the occupation of the said James Jackson.
The property is copyhold of inheritance, held of the manor of Ightenhill, and of the yearly copyhold rent of One Farthing.
The respective tenants will shew the premises, and further information may be had on application at the office of Messrs. Hall, Baldwin & Co. Solicitors, Burnley.
