To Be Sold, By Auction, by John Binns, at the house of Tabitha Halstead, the "Hare and Hounds" Inn at Hag-gate, in Briercliffe, near Burnley, in Lancashire, on the 21st of the 10th Month, called October, 1859, at seven o'clock in the evening, subject to such conditions and in the following or such other lots as may be agreed on at the time of sale,
LOT1- All that newly erected Messuage or Dwellinghouse, situate near to the Weaving Shed, at Lane Bottom, in Hag-gate aforesaid, now in the occupation of Betty Nuttall;
LOT2- All those two other Cottages or Dwellinghouses, adjoining Lot 1, and now in the occupation of James Kippax and Henry Berry.
LOT3- All those two other Cottages or Dwellinghouses, adjoining to Lot 2, and now in the occupation of Lawrence Spencer and James Thornton.
LOT4- All those two other Cottages or Dwellinghouse and Shop adjoining to Lot 3, with the Stable or other Outbuildings in front thereof, including the Pig Cote and Yard behind Lot 5, and all other premises in the occupation of John Smith, except the Coal House in front of Lot 5.
LOT5- All that Messuage or Cottage now occupied as Two Dwellings by Edmund Foster and John Preston, adjoining to Lot 4, together with the Coal place in front of the same, occupied by John Smith, and all other the Outbuildings occupied with this lot, and the Kithcen and Pantry on the second floor, but not the Coal Houses underneath the same.
The premises are Copyhold of Inheritance of the Manor of Ightenhill, and are subject to a nominal quit rent.
