Hello, I have a marriage certificate and on it the groom states that his address is 5 Schofield Row Briercliffe. Does anyone know where Schofield Row is or was? I've been unable to find it on any map. Many thanks. |

Don't know where Schofield Row is but Schofield Lane is off Nelson Rd, lower down and on the opposite side from Kings Causeway. Think it may be spelt Scholefield. What year are we looking at, and does it give his occupation......could be a clue......clutching at straws a bit though??!! |
