My gt grandparents were John (Charles) Garbett and Elizabeth (formerly Earp) who lived in Burnley from about 1885. My grandparents were Albert Victor Garbett and Maria (formerly Pearton). Would love to hear from anyone who knows anything about this family. Names of my grandfather's married sisters who remained in Burnley: Gibson, Riley, Parkinson, Astin. |
