In the 1871 Census my GGgrandfather was a Licensed Victualer at the Railway Hotel, Railway Street, Little Marsden, Briercliffe. His name was John Hargreaves (born Altham), wife Elizabeth (born Padiham) and children Mary, Robert (my Ggrandfather), James and Caroline. Does anyone have any information on this hotel, or family?
