BRIERCLIFFE - To be Sold by Auction, by Mr. A. G. Denbigh, at the Sun Inn, in Bridge-street, in Burnley, in the County of Lancaster, on Thursday the 12th day of September, 1861, at 7 o'clock in the evening, subject to such conditions as will then be produced. All that MESSUAGE or DWELLING HOUSE, occupied as a Beerhouse, called "Cross Guns," together with the vacant LAND, outbuildings, situate near Burwains, in Briercliffe, in the manor of Ightenhill, in the said county, and adjoining the road leading from Catlow to Haggate, occupied by Richard Walton. The premises are Copyhold of Inheritance of the said Manor of Ightenhill.
