Hi My name is Les Darlow and I am a professional Artist, tutor and demonstrator from Blackpool in Lancashire. My reason for contacting you today is that I am running a One day workshop in Pastel for students wishing to learn the techniques at Foulridge Village Hall, Foulridge on the 16th of Jan, and wondered if you would help me promote the event by letting people know about it. We will cover composition, light, balance and tonal values,plus complete a great painting on day using the finest papers and pastels... Last year i was given the great priviledge of becoming the first UK Ambassador for Canson, world leaders in Fine Art Paper manufacture. I will also be working very closely with Unison this year who manufacture the greatest pastels.. Regarding demonstrations for Art Groups and Societies. I am a live painter, do lots of live painting and love it. I usually complete at least 3 paintings during a two hour session. I have had some great comments and reactions from my demonstrations and always strive to make them interesting and exciting. Again I do appreciate your help and A happy and Healthy New Year to You.
