Hi

I am looking for any info on JOHN THOMAS BRIERCLIFFE who married MARY ANN HILL in 1889. JOHN, I believe, was born @ 1867. I am confused as to who his parents were. Any help would be great

According to the 1881 census, (RG11; Piece: 4152; Folio: 4; Page: 2)
John thomas Briercliffe (b Burnley 1867) was the son of William Briercliffe, a baker born 1839 in Burnley. RG11; Piece: 4152; Folio: 4; Page: 2;
William's wife was Elizabeth, b 1838. This would appear to be their marriage (from Lancashire bmd)
1858
BRIERCLIFFE William married PATE Elizabeth at Burnley Register Office or Registrar Attended. Records at Preston RM/12/198.
