I have just come across one of my distant ancestors Richard Nutter born 1814 in Trawden. In the census years his wife Alice born 1814 gives her birthplace as Twiston-in-Briercliffe. Where is this please and does anyone know who the Alice might be please?

I have found a marriage on Family Search on 21/1/1834 to an Alice Lee but no proof it is the right one.

It is a long way between them, I would not think they are connected.
