Does anyone know whether the parish records are at Burnley library? I don't remember seeing any.

Neither do I Maureen but then I wasn't necessarily looking for them.
Email them to ask?
I was quite disappointed with what few PR's Burnley has. I expected them to have far more.

The Pendle and Burnley branch of the LFHHS has a super list of churches on their website. According to this, copies of the following All Saints registers are at Burnley library:

Christenings 1845-1931
Marriages 1840-1943
Burials 1850-1924

The website is http://www.lfhhs-pendleandburnley.org.uk Follow the link to churches.

Thanks for that Joan - I never thought of looking there. I did try ringing the library but no-one's home.
