This one is cheating because I know the answer !

The question is 'Where is/was Filly Close ?'

It's an old place name near Burnley, and I had never heard it until I started my family history about 1965. (I was a war baby, just !)

If you know it, do you know it 'naturally', or as a result of delving into family or local history ? In other words, I'm wondring when it fell out of use.
