Can anyone recommend a hotel at Burnley that is near the bus station and has wireless internet?

There is a hotel in Queen Victoria Road. Not sure how far this is from the station though. You'd have to have a look on google maps. If I remember right, the hotel is quite near to (& on the opposite side of the road to) the park that is on Queen Victoria Road.

Have they not finished the Keirby?

Hiya Kris, There is The Sparrow Hawk Hotel in Burnley, it has Wireless Internet available, and it is just a very short walk from the bus station, it is directly across from St Peter's Church. The address is Church Street, and the phone number is 01282 421551.

There is also The Travelodge, Cavalry Barracks, Barracks Road. That one is further away from the bus station, it is about a mile from the centre. This also has WiFi internet access. There phone number is 0871 984 6125

The Keirby closed a few months ago for a refurb. They didn't have wifi. Kris used to stay there. Nowhere else will be as convenient for travel for you Kris.

Thanks, I have stayed at the Sparrow Hawk before, and I thought it was overpriced for what you got, but it’s central so maybe I will stay here again.

I will check out the Travelodge though, I can always move if I like it more.

How long are you going up for Kris?

Am I picking you up for the meeting?

Not sure yet, maybe 4 days. I need enough to time to visit everyone, and I want to spend time with my Grandma too.

If you could pick me up for the meeting, this would be great.
