I'm hoping they will be available and reveal currently unknown info about my Irish gt gt grandfather who spent most of his life in Staffordshire.

Reply from the pension service that says

"If you go to your local registrar, they will be able to help you find any old records that you are looking for.
Unfortunately this information is not something that we would hold"


Will do that later now. Need to get tea and battery is almost out on the laptop!
