I'm looking at an image of Burnley, East Ward, District 37, page 23. Household number 12 Stanhope Street. Surname is transcribed as Hoop but it doesn't look like that to me. Would anybody be kind enough to give a second opinion if they have access also to 1901. Thanks

Not easy, but I think it could be Heap.
Look how Spencer is written higher up-----now I think it is definitely Heap.
